Opportunity A brick & mortar retailer recently moved into ecommerce and the order volume had reached a point where their picking and packing process could not keep up. Due to space constraints in the store, the business needed to increase capacity of current staff as well as optimize use of space.
Services Performed Through analysis of the store/warehouse layout, order volume and mix history, and identification of non-value-added activities, we identified opportunities to improve the order pick/pack rate per employee and optimize for space.
